Rudy sees himself as disciplined with a strong work ethic, open-minded and easy to talk to, with a belief in self-accountability, self-respect, and giving that respect in return to others.

Bob Corrigan, Administrator, Stillwater Assisted LivingBob Corrigan has been the Administrator at Stillwater Assisted Living since May 2019 and is responsible for the daily operations of the Assisted Living community. Bob takes great pride in welcoming residents to Stillwater and working respectfully with our dedicated staff of caregivers to provide the best quality of life to our residents.

Brenda Blair, Wellness Director, Stillwater Assisted Living

Brenda Blair, Wellness Director, Stillwater Assisted LivingBrenda Blair, RN has been the Wellness Director at Stillwater Assisted Living since April 2022.  Previously, she was the Director of Nursing at a long-term care/rehabilitation facility for four years.  She oversees the wellness of all residents, as well as managing the clinical staff.  She believes in team building and loves to spend time with residents, their families, and staff.

Brenda also is a member of The Long-Term Nursing Committee with RIHCA which focuses on organizing/hosting many educational events for all the long-term nurses throughout Rhode Island.

Stacey Sembene, Assistant Director of Nursing

Nursing isn’t just Stacey’s profession, it’s her passion. Caring for those who are at their weakest point and the ability to provide comfort are a few of the many reasons she became a nurse. Her nursing career has allowed Stacey to hold the hands of many remarkable individuals and share stories with their families as if she was there with them during those times. Seeing smiling faces, wiping tears from eyes and hearing “I’m so glad my nurse is here tonight” is why she continues to be a nurse. Stacey believes that comforting people in their time of need is an honor and she has dedicated herself to the medical field for over 27 years. She truly couldn’t see herself doing anything else.

Katlyn DaSilva, Director of Admissions and Marketing

Katelynn is a new addition to the Stillwater family but has been in long-term care for over 10 years. Starting as a receptionist and activities assistant and moving her way up to become our Director of Admissions and Marketing. Katelynn graduated with a degree in business but her passion for the elderly population has driven her to pursue further education in the field and she recently completed her license to become an Assisted Living Administrator. She strives to make the transition to a long-term care setting as easy as possible for all residents and their loved ones. Katelynn resides locally in Burrillville with her husband, daughter, and three dogs and has a passion for Hallmark movies.

Kim Chartier, MDS Coordinator

Kim Chartier came to Stillwater in March of 2022. She has been in long term care for 27 years. She started as a certified nursing assistant, then received a certification from RIC for medication technician. She has been a Registered Nurse for 12 years, graduating from CCRI in 2010. She has worked in 5 different skilled nursing facilities in Rhode Island in various positions such as charge nurse, unit manager, assistant director of nursing. For the past 5 years she has been an MDS coordinator.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, and riding ATV’s.

Shannon Faucher, Business Office Manager

Shannon started working in in Long Term Care as a CNA in 2009 at a facility in RI while studying for her BSN. She then worked as a CNA for 5 years under corporate leadership. In 2014 Shannon was promoted to Administrative Assistant/ Medical Records and in 2015 she was promoted to Business Office Manager and she has now been in healthcare management for the past 7 years. When she’s not working, Shannon enjoys time with her family, boating and traveling.

Debbie Barta, Accounts Payable/Payroll

Debbie was born in Cheyenne, Wyoming (her dad was in the Air Force) and she now lives in Connecticut. She’s worked for 24 years as a retail bookkeeper, 10 years in manufacturing as A/P, payroll and then Transportation Coordinator for 9 years with Cortland. Debbie started in A/P then added payroll, HR and now A/P & Payroll. She’s also presently Treasurer for the Elks. In Debbie’s spare time she enjoys her family, golf, and youth activities with the Elks.

Jose Rivera, Food Services Director

Food has been Jose’s passion since he was a child. Expression comes in different forms and his has been through taste and creativity. He has always enjoyed creating new and unique dishes for his family to try and graduating from culinary school has allowed him to work alongside many great chefs in this industry and enhance his creativity. Cooking is not just cooking for Jose; it’s creating and seeing delight on people’s faces after having a meal that he has prepared. In his 23 years of experience, he has also enjoyed helping his staff develop better kitchen skills while enhancing their training.

Lorraine Tortolanni, Dietician

Lorraine has worked in long-term care within skilled nursing facilities for 28 years. She began working in a nursing home at the age of 15. One of the owners was an RD that she felt lucky to learn from to gain experience and the skills needed to become an RD. Lorraine was driven by her experiences working with the Dietitian to obtain a BS degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and pursue her own career in Dietetics. She has stayed in LTC because Geriatrics is what she enjoys most.

Psyche Wilson, Staff Coordinator

Psyche Wilson is the Staff Coordinator at Stillwater. She has been with the company for 3+ years, first starting off as a CNA/CMTand for the past two years her role has been to help staff the company. Psyche enjoys her co-workers and what she does very much.

Sarah has 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, dedicated to serve the residents she works with, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are left with a sense of belonging. She’s a strong advocate of the voiceless with a caring and thoughtful attitude as well as a team player willing to pitch in wherever needed. Sarah is a multitasker at heart, hardworking and resilient.

Stefany Tavaras, Activity Director

Having been in the health care industry, Stefany’s most rewarding role is helping the residents she’s entrusted to serve. Her goal is always to ensure that her residents are left with a sense of satisfaction, enjoyment and entertainment. They are her family and as a team, our goal at the facility is to ensure that the residents are provided an environment that is holistic and a home-like environment.
